Lead
Executive Leadership
For directors and executives leading teams and budgets, who want an operator across the table, not a theorist.
Who this is for
- You stepped into a bigger role and the playbook that got you here is not enough
- You lead a team that is talented but not yet performing as one
- You manage up, across, and down, and the stakeholder load is the real job
- You are driving a transformation and need your leadership to keep pace with it
- You want honest feedback that your organization cannot give you
What we work on
- Leadership of teams: structure, delegation, and developing your next layer
- Decision making under real stakes, with incomplete information
- Stakeholder management: boards, owners, partners, and peers
- Leading change, including reorganizations and new operating models
- Executive presence and communication that holds a room
Why this coach, for this
Vice President of Digital at NESN, Creative Director at NBC Sports, Director of Product Management at ESPN. Teams of up to 40, budgets up to $10M, growth from $8M to $23.5M in a year at NBC Sports Gold.
How it works
Every engagement runs on the Second Build system: the Foundation Audit to start from facts, a 90-Day Build with a small number of goals, weekly sessions, and simple tracking tools between sessions. Packages are tailored after the discovery call, because the right cadence depends on your season.
Questions
Will my company know what we discuss?
No. Coaching conversations are confidential, whether you pay or your company sponsors the engagement. What gets reported, if anything, is agreed with you in advance.
How is this different from leadership training?
Training teaches a room the same material. Coaching works on your actual decisions, your team, and your next 90 days. It is specific to you, every session.
Do you coach sponsored executives?
Yes. We set expectations with the sponsor up front, and the work itself stays between you and me.
