The system

The Second Build

Same builder. Better blueprint. The method every client moves through, whether the work is a company, a career, a season of life, or a comeback.

The method

Four moves, in order

1

Audit the foundation

We score where you actually stand across ten areas. Most people are building on two or three cracked areas and wondering why the structure leans.

2

Set the priorities

Urgent first, then the 90-day horizon, then the three-year picture. Few goals, clearly owned, in writing.

3

Run the 90-Day Build

Weekly sessions work the plan. Between sessions, the tools keep the build moving: habits, promises, closeouts.

4

Review and rebuild

At 90 days we re-audit, keep what worked, and set the next build. Progress is measured, not vibes.

The tools

Simple tools, used weekly

Foundation Audit

A 100-point review across ten areas of work and life. The starting map for every engagement.

Priorities

What is urgent, what changes in 90 days, what changes in three years. Sorted, in writing.

The 90-Day Build

A small set of goals with dates and first steps, reviewed every week.

Daily Habits Grid

Ten habits, one month, tracked daily. Discipline you can see.

Promise Log

Promises made, dates due, kept or missed. One kept promise at a time.

The Friday Closeout

A weekly shutdown ritual that closes the week clean and starts the next one clear.

Session Prep

Five questions before every session, so our time starts where it matters.

Rate the Coaching

Regular feedback on the coaching itself. The work gets audited too.

Clients use these inside the client portal, which opens with Phase 2 of this site.

What coaching is

Future focused work on goals, systems, and accountability, with a coach who has operated at your level or rebuilt from below it. Sessions are conversations with structure: review, decide, commit, track.

What coaching is not

Coaching is not therapy, medical care, financial advice, or legal advice. If your situation needs one of those, I will say so directly and help you find the right professional. Knowing the line is part of the work.

Planning notebook and blueprint sheets on a desk

Your second build starts with an audit and a conversation.
