How it works
Every engagement runs on the Second Build system: the Foundation Audit to start from facts, a 90-Day Build with a small number of goals, weekly sessions, and simple tracking tools between sessions. Packages are tailored after the discovery call, because the right cadence depends on your season.

Is this consulting?
No. Consulting hands you answers. Coaching builds your judgment so the answers are yours. Where my experience is directly useful, I will say so plainly, and we will mark it as experience, not instruction.
Do you work with early stage founders?
Yes, if the business is real and you are committed. The Foundation Audit and the 90-Day Build work at any stage, because the founder is the constant.
Can we work in Spanish or Portuguese?
Yes. I coach in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, which matters for founders building across the Americas.
