Perform
Life: Transition, Discipline, Habits, Performance
For high performers in a hard season, whose systems broke before their ambition did.
Who this is for
- You are in a transition: career, family, health, or identity, and the old structure is gone
- You know what to do and are not doing it consistently
- Your discipline worked when life was simple and has not survived contact with this season
- You perform for everyone else and have no system that takes care of the performer
- You want structure and accountability, not motivation speeches
What we work on
- Rebuilding daily structure: the habits grid and the routines that carry a week
- Discipline as a system, learned from endurance training and applied to ordinary life
- Transition navigation: what ends, what carries over, what starts
- Energy and recovery management for people who run hot
- Promises to yourself, kept visibly, one at a time
Why this coach, for this
Two full Ironman finishes, CrossFit, CrossFit Kids, and CrossFit Endurance certifications, and years coaching athletes as the owner of Kaulike Fitness. Discipline was never a hobby. It was the operating system.
How it works
Every engagement runs on the Second Build system: the Foundation Audit to start from facts, a 90-Day Build with a small number of goals, weekly sessions, and simple tracking tools between sessions. Packages are tailored after the discovery call, because the right cadence depends on your season.
Questions
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is future focused: goals, systems, and accountability. If something belongs in therapy, I will say so and help you find the right support. Many clients work with both.
Do I need to be an athlete?
No. The training background matters because it taught me how discipline actually works: small, repeatable, tracked. We apply that to your life, not to a race plan, unless you want one.
What does a week look like?
One session, a habits grid you fill in daily, promises logged and reviewed, and a short Friday closeout. Simple on purpose, so it survives busy weeks.
