Rebuild
Second Opportunity: White Collar
For professionals rebuilding after a white collar conviction or a career-ending fall, coached by someone who has actually been there.
Who this is for
- You are a professional whose career ended by your own hand, and you are deciding what comes next
- You are coming home and facing the practical rebuild: work, money, family, standing
- You were the provider and the achiever, and both identities are on the floor
- You need structure and straight talk from someone who will not flinch at your story
- You are a spouse or family member carrying this rebuild alongside someone
What we work on
- The rebuild sequence: stabilizing the basics first, then work, then standing
- Career strategy with a record: what is realistic, what is possible, what is next
- Telling your story: to employers, to family, to yourself, honestly and without self-pity
- Daily structure and discipline for a season with very little external structure
- The long game: rebuilding a name one kept promise at a time
Why this coach, for this
A white collar conviction cost me my career, my companies, my reputation, and my freedom. I rebuilt through discipline and service, earned a paralegal certification, and spent two years helping incarcerated men prepare their motions, remedies, and appeals.
How it works
Every engagement runs on the Second Build system: the Foundation Audit to start from facts, a 90-Day Build with a small number of goals, weekly sessions, and simple tracking tools between sessions. Packages are tailored after the discovery call, because the right cadence depends on your season.
Questions
Is this legal advice?
No, and that line matters. I am a certified paralegal and a coach, not your lawyer. Legal questions go to your attorney. What I coach is the rebuild: work, structure, family, and standing.
Is our work confidential?
Yes. Coaching conversations are confidential. I also keep client work out of legal matters entirely: the portal stores forms and progress, never case details.
I am still in the legal process. Is it too early?
Not necessarily. Many clients start while things are unresolved, because the uncertainty itself is the hardest part to carry alone. We work on what you control.
Why you, for this?
Because I have sat where you are sitting. I know the terrain of the fall and the rebuild, and I coach it the way I lived it: facts first, structure early, no self-pity.
